If you have an occasion to provide flowers for
the altar, please follow the below procedure:

• Pick the date and inform the office of the date
  and the occasion. (There are a few church dates
  that might require a specific color. (ie, if there
  are red paraments then the flowers should honor that
  color. Those dates are marked on the chart.)
• Please write this information on the altar
  flower chart on the bulletin board by the
  coatroom.
• Pick a florist, decide on your flowers, tell the
  florist your date, and pay the florist. Do not
  send money to the church.
• You are welcome to take the flowers after church
  on the Sunday of your occasion. If you choose
  not to take them, they will be used again.
